We had a great week long vacation! The pool was a hit with the kids, the house was clean and big enough for the two families who vacationed together. Diana was wonderful and responsive. I would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Absolutely Loved Jessica’s beautiful beach home, Super bummed to leave but will definitely book in the future. The home was so reasonably priced, Has everything and anything you could think of or need. I loved all the details in decor, all the extras including a bunch of beach towels, chairs, pool toys and floaties. The kitchen is stocked with all you could need. If you love the beach this is your place!! You really can’t get much closer.The place was clean and stocked with everything you could think off .The outside shower is a game changer for keeping the sand on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee and a perfect view of the ocean .Even though the other half is a separate rental unit it still was very private and never a problem.We discovered Maine Lobster Shack while we there wow!! My husband and I have never stayed at the same place twice, by Wednesday we had decided to book for the following year.Thanks for sharing your home with us . It’s apparent you’ve put a lot of care into it.We love Topsail.

Beautiful home with lots of extra, special touches provided by the host. Pool, kitchen and large kitchen table were perfect for game night and our friends getaway. Super friendly host!

Luis’ place was exactly as described and housed our family for the week perfectly. We were grateful for the washer and dryer after many beach days, as well as a relaxing place to wind down after sightseeing all day. The provided showering essentials were good quality and nice to not have to bring along. The location provided us with opportunities to see and do so much! From surf city, to the battleship in Wilmington, the wild horses near shackleford banks, fort Macon and a ferry to sand dollar island. This was our favorite family vacation ever. If you stay here two guys grille was INCREDIBLE and staxx ice cream was a favorite for the kiddos. Thanks for a great stay will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

It was amazing the only regret is wish we could’ve stayed longer. There was a slight odor in the house but other than that it was pleasant!!

This is an incredibly beautiful home overlooking the intracoastal, tucked back on a dirt road and surrounded by nature. The breeze was constant and wonderful since it was so stinking hot while we visited. The home also had great AC and as long as you left the bedroom doors open at night with the fans on, the bedrooms also stayed cool. The sitting area outside on the deck and over by the fire pit is where we spent every evening. We took Betsy's SUP boards out a couple of times and got to see the sun come up from the water. It's very quiet, peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and the beach (if there isn't any traffic). Betsy was super nice and responsive to anything we asked about. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Mary’s place. Plenty of space for plenty of people. My favorite things were that they were able to have a pack and play delivered for my baby and when I asked her for more towels, she had them delivered to our door. We had a great time.

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

If you are staying in the Wilmington area, this is the place to be! The house was beautifully decorated, smelled fresh and clean, and it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My sons especially loved the swimming pool and garage area, which had lots of fun stuff to do. I especially appreciated all the comfy beds and having a washer and dryer. The location was perfect – a short drive to tons of restaurants and the beach. The host was wonderful – very responsive to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

The home was perfect for our vacation! We absolutely loved the screened in patio and fenced in yard. This was our first time traveling with a newly adopted dog, and we couldn’t have imagined a better or more functional space. We hope to be back!

Very nice house with a great fenced yard. Fence looks brand new. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and enclosed back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Very responsive and friendly owners. A very peaceful neighborhood. The fire pit is very nice and would be perfect for fall weather. Convenient location.

Peaceful Beach Getaway in Carolina Beach I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Carolina Beach. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. It was the ideal spot to unwind and disconnect. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it made for a relaxing escape from the busyness of daily life. If you’re looking for a calm, coastal retreat with a great location, I highly recommend this place. I’d definitely love to come back again!
