Here you will have the entire house/grounds to yourself with a secure privacy fence, enclosing a quarter acre area. Located in a cozy cul-de-sac, in a quiet, family neighborhood. Wooded, half-acre lot. Ocean waves may, at times, be heard from the back deck. Tributaries to the intracoastal waterway can be seen from a .1m walk, and a marina is a quick jog or walk (.9 mile) away.

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise.
