The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Dedicated outdoor space offers parking and alfresco dining. The village shop and pub are a short walk. Porthleven, with excellent harbour-side restaurants, is a 5 minute drive. Breage is perfectly placed for exploring the south and north coasts. Incredible local beaches at Rinsey Cove and Praa Sands are only moments away.

We are a short stroll to the beach and harbour with its award-winning restaurants and a great selection of cafes, pubs, shops, gym and market.

There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
