The place was very nice, exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Dimitrios was very helpful and responsive. He also proposed us many many places to visit, and all of them were great. I will definitely stay in this place again in the future.

Everything was perfect. The host was incredibly helpful, waiting for us later in the evening due to our delayed itinerary. He also provided valuable information about the island and our stay. The house is newly built and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning in every room. It also features a terrace and a garden. Everything matched the photos exactly. There’s free parking available right in front, and despite being in the village, it’s very peaceful. Nea Koutali is centrally located, so even the farthest beaches and sights were just about 30 minutes away by car. Restaurants and a mini-market are conveniently nearby. We highly recommend staying here!

Arrived at home, unwind, take the view of the bay and the tranquility, relax in the barbounaki, relax on the beaches. This is where you can leave the German everyday life behind.
