Our property is a light open plan kitchen/sitting area with one bedroom, shower and toilet upstairs. The bedroom has restricted height to one side as seen in the photos. Outside is a cobbled area, by the side of a quiet lane, with a bench to catch the morning sun. We are fortunate to have secure off road parking for a guest’s car in our gated drive. Mevagissey is a charming fishing village with its picturesque working harbour, narrow streets, restaurants, pubs and shops, 4 minutes easy walk away

The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and accessed via a narrow staircase with a low ceiling and may be unsuitable for children and guests with limited mobility.
