The host Simone is a spectacular person, extremely careful, considerate and kind. As my flight arrived at dawn he picked me up without me asking. Before my arrival I asked for indications of places to visit and he gave me a fantastic script. In addition my reservation would expire the day after my departure and it too without me requesting it changed so that I would have the refund. The apartment is extremely well located, with everything new and clean, exactly as described in the listing. The city of Olbia has a strategic location to visit several beaches in the region. Super recommend this trip.

Everything was perfect. Diego and his wife were very kind and helpful. The house is conveniently located to various locations. Clean house with large outdoor garden. We hope to be back soon!

Rosario was so so lovely and really helpful, one of the most hospitable hosts we've come across! The place is very close walk to pizzerias and the best beaches near Olbia. We would highly recommend the Airbnb. Fully equipped and has everything you might need!

This is a stunning place to stay! Communication was fantastic throughout our stay with lots of helpful information. Our stay was flawless and we can’t say enough about the accommodations. Within walking distance to restaurants and plenty to do in this picturesque town. We did not want to leave!

We absolutely loved our stay in Padru! The Stazzu is not only well-equipped with everything you might need, but also beautifully furnished with a warm and tasteful style that makes it feel at home :). You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating this lovely space. The location is truly amazing – wonderfully remote, offering complete peace, quiet qnd nature yet still close enough to easily reach some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches.

Enrico was a lovely, informed host, happy to help with recommendations and reservations. We enjoyed the amazing natural pool and the dogs so much! Very easy drives from the house to nearby towns with amenities, great wine tasting in Monti.

We really enjoyed staying at Marta’s place. Palau is a great starting point for visiting the Costa Smeralda. The view from the apartment is just incredible and the apartment ist very cozy and equipped with everything you need. Stefa and Marta were very sweet and caring hosts!

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

A very nice place, very comfortable, very clean and very new, the bed is super comfortable Simona answers very quickly. Very detailed, when we arrived the house was fresh, they had turned on the air, there was fresh water, coffee, sugar, milk, breakfast options, etc. A 10. If we come back here, we'll definitely come back

Close walking distance to the beach and town. Nice restaurant just down the street. The property was new, clean and free of clutter.

people said you have a view of the carpark. They did not look up. bus stop outside, beach 5 mins walk, 10 mins walk to port and centre

Our stay at Kimso's place was great! The instructions are clear, and we had nothing to say. The amenities were ideal for a family of 4. We recommend.

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Well-equipped apartment with washing machine and even vacuum cleaner. The complex is not very pretty to look at, but the apartment inside is great! Very nicely designed and super clean. However, you definitely need a car to explore the area. The nearest beach is a few minutes away by car.

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thank you very much

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We enjoyed it very much.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!
