A beautiful accommodation that offers a panoramic view of the sea. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets, quiet - we could even watch the hoopoe and snack on the ripe apricots and plums in the garden. Francesco is an extremely courteous host and has gone to great lengths and repeatedly asked if everything is okay. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is super furnished and the own olive oil is very fine. The approach is also possible with a larger car - we have a Citroen Berlingo.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s Place. Tbh. the pictures of the interior look better than in real life, but the balcony with the view and the location itself is simply one of a kind that you instantly forget everything else. If you want to experience the beauty of Tuscany, this is the right apartment.

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all services and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, an excellent refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

We were received extremely nicely by Silva. She showed us the house and we felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you need. We especially liked the covered outdoor seat with beautiful views of the countryside.

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

What a fabulous place - if you want to escape from it all, this is the place to come! Love the private pool too! Air conditioning in the bedroom was very good and appreciated. Olga and Max were very accommodating and answered questions very quickly. Maybe consider installing a BBQ outside the house otherwise could not fault it and we cannot wait to return!

We had a great time! Super clean and spacious house with a nice outdoor area. Constanze was always super helpful and responded quickly. But be aware, you need a car and restaurants and supermarkets are not in walking distance. Thanks a lot for having us.

Perfect stay from start to finish. The villa was immaculate and the staff who checked us in were fast, considerate and friendly. They informed us of extra services that we ended up using in the end like we organised a dinner with their private chef on our last night and it was amazing. The thermal pool and sauna were TOP! Highly recommend and will book again!

What can I say, staying at the bridge apartment with Fabrizio was a wonderful vacation: clean house, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful swimming pool. Fabrizio is a very kind host. Francesco was super helpful, he picked us up at the port and took us back, and he was no less flexible at check-out since we had the ship in the afternoon. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The view is stunning. The place is very private. Leonardo is very responsive. Definitely worth visiting La Pace, a lovely restaurant 5 mins walk away. 10/10 recommend

Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

The self-checkin worked very well. Soon after we also met the friendly hosts also personally, which was a good opportunity to ask some smaller things and get some hints for the region. Overall, we like the calm surrounding, great landscape, the fauna around (waking up with birds singing), the proximity to intersting places and the Chuisi train station for trips to Firenze and Roma, the pool (not chlorine, but salt, very pleasant) and many other things. We recommend this place for a relaxing time and base for excursions (not so much for partying, becasue it would be a pity to disturb the quite surroundings.

What an amazing and beautiful home! We loved our stay here with our family and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Susanna and Tiziano for my sisters birthday dinner. Gorgeous location, great pool, really fun art all over the entire house that’s been restored but full of character. Plus it’s just 5 mins and your at the hot springs or restaurants. We can’t it to go back!

Maria Luisa is an exceptional host. Every detail has been taken care of in an excellent way. We had a really good time. The bicycles were the highlight of the holiday. They allowed us to experience Porto Santo Stefano in its entirety. We hope to be back soon.

The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the center of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and caring attitude). I want to emphasize the commitment they put in to make us feel at home and accommodate any type of request, certainly super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Porto Santo Stefano

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Our stay (my and my partner's) was very positive, much of the credit was the host Marco. Very kind person, very helpful and always oriented to the well-being of his guests, he made us feel at home. The place is also very convenient to access Feniglia beach, thanks also to the use of bicycles made available by Marco. Great experience, considering this was the first year Marco started hosting guests through airbnb, things are sure they can only improve! 5 stars :)

We have found a small oasis at Martina's! The time on La Retomada was unique and really beautiful. We felt very comfortable with Martina, she provided us with everything we needed and gave us valuable tips for exploring the area. Thanks to her, we visited many organic producers and enjoyed the sun on the most beautiful beaches. The farewell came far too soon, but we will definitely come back!

Charming place in the quiet, a short distance from the sea and services. Raffaele and his family are very helpful and loving people, they welcome you and make you feel right at home.

An extremely peaceful place, a few steps from the promenade, from which you can enjoy amazing views while walking. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need to make you feel at home. The garden it has is secluded and is a great place for your morning coffee. Serena, thank you for everything :)
