Open-space attic of about 80 square meters. The building has 3 floors with an elevator, and the attic is reached by a flight of stairs. Inside, there is a living area with a dining table, a kitchen with a coffee machine and a microwave oven, a TV, and a sofa bed. The double bed is near the terrace overlooking the sea and in summer is set up with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a new shower, washing machine and sink. The area is well served and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. L'appartamento puo' ospitare comodamente tre persone e dispone anche di un divano letto per un ulteriore posto. Tra i vari agi offerti troverete un caffè al giorno per ospite con macchinetta in cialde, tè e tisane. Non garantiamo però lenzuola stirate. :)
