Located in the hills of Montecosaro in a quiet and private location, this accommodation enjoys a wonderful sea view and a beautiful view of the Conero. Renovated in 2024 with selected materials and attention to detail, the house maintains the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the country farmhouse. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.
