Monthly Rentals in Porto Recanati Beach

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The spacious apartment is located just a 10min walk from the beach and 5min from a market; plus, the railway didn't bother us at all. Maria Silvia could not meet us in person, but she did everything to be equally present from beginning to end (and beyond), and she was able to do great! Once we arrived in the area we struggled to find the accommodation, as from the Airbnb map the address is not accurate, but her mother, Mrs. Santina, who lives next to the apartment, was super kind, nice and helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to reach it; the same kindness of Maria Silvia, who spent a lot to provide us with many useful tips on activities to carry out (restaurants, bathing establishment, excursions, canoeing, etc.). He also proposed to stay 1 extra day given the bad weather and, when we had a small problem with the wi-fi, he didn't hesitate to call me to solve! Recommended!

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Large and comfortable apartment, very equipped and close to a large shopping area. We felt right at home. Alberto was always very kind and helpful with us. Definitely an experience to repeat using Alberto's apartment as a useful point of reference.
