Holiday rentals with a patio in Porto San Paolo

Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause! Wirklich eine total geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Meer und genug Platz, um zu frühstücken und Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und fußläufig zum Hafen und Strand gelegen. Es gibt sogar zwei Fernseher mit eigenem Netflix-Account, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - sogar eine neue Flasche mit gutem Olivenöl war vorhanden. Das Bett ist 1,40m groß, was für unseren Geschmack etwas breiter sein dürfte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren enorm dankbar für die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sowie den Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten Michaela jederzeit bei Fragen schnell erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen! Great private location with plenty of parking right in front of the house. The space was huge, clean, and had a beautiful outdoor patio that made it easy to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. I absolutely loved it here—would definitely come back!

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement proposé par Maurizio. Le quartier est agréable et paisible avec sa placette et la terrasse du café, la plage accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Maurizio s'est montré très accueillant, serviable, précis, réactif et professionnel. Le guide mis à disposition par son Agence est très utile et complet pour passer un séjour agréable. Je reviendrai très probablement pour un séjour touristique cette fois et en famille. L'emplacement est très stratégique pour profiter pleinement des multiples plages magnifiques à proximité. Je recommande vivement !

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

It is a new recently built house and we were one of the first ones to stay over. The flat was very clean, the bathroom big and overall fully equipped including. towels, kitchen appliances, shower soap, etc. The hosts were amazing and very kind and shared with us many recommendations; making it very easy for our stay. The location is very good, very close to the Port, beaches and supermarkets. Definitely recommended 💪

This was a brilliant stay. I loved this apartment. It was very close to everything but in a discrete, quiet short road so very peaceful. I awoke and sat on the balcony listening to birdsong and swaying trees. Absolutely gorgeous. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom excellent, the AC worked a treat, the place was spacious, clean and relaxing. Excellent all round. The hosts communicated well and were friendly and responsive. They even recommended a breakfast service so I had an excellent breakfast delivered. Loved this stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay at Mirella’s place! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We traveled by car around Sardinia, and the location was easy to reach. Set on a hilltop, the home offers stunning sunsets, peaceful bird songs, and a perfect setting to reconnect with nature.

Beautiful location, modern home, close to the airport, prompt and helpful communication (allowed us to check out a bit later so I could take a work call). Couldn’t recommend more

Das Haus ist perfekt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles da bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und es war genau richtig mit den zwei Bädern. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Couch auf der noch evtl. zwei Personen schlafen könnten. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool von welchem wir richtig begeistert waren. Der Pool / Terrasse hat eine super Lage immer Sonne vorhanden und man kann von hieraus gemütlich den Sunset bei einem Wein genießen. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten sind genügend vorhanden. Ich möchte noch einen ganz besonderen Dank an die Gastgeber Carlo und seine Frau Anna aussprechen für den sehr netten Kontakt und die Begrüßung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is private & secluded yet still within good distance of the town and the beautiful beaches. Mirella very kindly provided sun loungers specially after I enquired! We felt very comfortable during our stay, the kitchen was very well equipped and the shaded terrace had beautiful views out to the port. We would highly recommend. Oh and the hot tub was a nice addition too!

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft von Marie-Lena liegt sehr nah am Meer. Das Apartment war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber, die uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und versteckte Strände schon vorab gegeben haben. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und erholsam, aber trotzdem nah genug an charmanten kleinen Orten mit leckerem Essen und italienischem Flair. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. 100 % Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Federico was very friendly and attentive, he made the check-in and check-out very easy, gave local recommendations and was very responsive. The location is perfect, close to really nice beaches and to Olbia, which has nice restaurants and places to go. The apartment was very convenient and we stayed comfortably in 5 people.

Panorama incroyable sur la baie d’Olbia, Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Grand jardin ombragé, bien entretenu, nous avons apprécié le BBQ. Accès difficile à moto par chemins de terre.

En Palau un lugar excelente para estar con comodidad, detalles, estacionamiento, todo para la playa, todo para preparar tu comida o ensaladas. Baño con todo los detalles de shampu, cremas, etc. Una excelente opción para vivir de las mejores playas, mar, cielo y sol del mundo. Gracias Franco y Tomasina

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

Great stay at Matteo’s place! Super clean and comfortable, and Matteo was very helpful with local tips and recommendations. Made the trip even better. Highly recommend!

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Arredato benissimo e con ottimo gusto. La posizione è perfetta ed è subito collegato a tutti i luoghi di interesse e prima necessità. Hemos tenido una estadía genial en el alojamiento! La zona era muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y a tan solo menos de 10 minutos en auto del centro y los restaurantes. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy amplio y estaba impecable. Las vistas desde el balcón nos han encantado! Destacamos la limpieza y lo bien equipado que estaba, incluyendo una sombrilla de sol que fue ideal para nuestras visitas en la playa. María Grazia nos recibió muy amablemente y ha sido muy gentil con nosotros en todo momento. Destacamos que nos haya permitido realizar el check out dos horas más tarde de lo establecido. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento!

Well-equipped accommodation close to the beach, which is within walking distance, including a sea view from the balcony. The accommodation is well equipped, very clean and leaves nothing to be desired. Although communication was exclusively in writing, Gaia was always friendly and proactive. We would book the accommodation again at any time.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.
