Holiday rentals with a pool in Porto San Paolo

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊

We have really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little villa in Sardinia. The villa is very private and comfortable with two fantastic outdoor spaces that work well not matter what the weather - the pool is a sun trap with plenty of sun loungers, whilst the covered veranda the other side of the property has a great table and outdoor cooking space. A car is essential to enjoy the surrounding area, but wow, what an area. The villa is a 4 minute drive from the local beaches, we loved Spiaggia Cala Sassari the most, park down the far end for free (we learnt this only after paying 10 euros for parking) and enjoy the whitest sand and the bluest water. We loved our boat trip out to the islands to swim in some amazing coves. Dinner was great in Golfo Arancini and Porto Rotundo. However, one of the highlights was heading inland to the Thursady market in San Pantaleo, a beautiful town in the mountains. Breathtaking! Leonardo was an excellent and responsive host. We couldn’t have asked for better!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Das Haus ist perfekt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles da bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und es war genau richtig mit den zwei Bädern. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Couch auf der noch evtl. zwei Personen schlafen könnten. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool von welchem wir richtig begeistert waren. Der Pool / Terrasse hat eine super Lage immer Sonne vorhanden und man kann von hieraus gemütlich den Sunset bei einem Wein genießen. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten sind genügend vorhanden. Ich möchte noch einen ganz besonderen Dank an die Gastgeber Carlo und seine Frau Anna aussprechen für den sehr netten Kontakt und die Begrüßung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa overlooking Olbia port and airport – it was absolutely perfect in every way. The view is simply breathtaking and made every morning feel like a dream. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and serene – ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying the sunshine. From the moment we arrived, Mario and his wife were the perfect hosts. They greeted us warmly and even provided drinks and some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after our journey from the airport. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome from the start. One of the most charming parts of our stay was the little tortoise that would visit most mornings – such a sweet surprise that added to the uniqueness of the place. There’s honestly nothing we would change – it exceeded all expectations. I would return in a heartbeat. What a fantastic villa and wonderful experience!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Wir waren ein Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Porto Pozzo. Im Dorf selber gibt es einige Restaurants, ein Mietwagen ist jedoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um die schönen Strände in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen 😊

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht und einem sehr kurzen Fusßweg zum Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, auch in der Küche hat es alles, was man braucht und zudem in großer Anzahl. Die Dach-Terrasse hat einen tollen Blick und bietet viel Platz. Wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Auch der Gemeinschafts-Pool ist schön angelegt und wurde von uns oft benutzt.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

Recomiendo el alojamiento ,sin dudas volveria!!! contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables !! muy bien ubicado, en zona tranquila,cerca hay supermercado,restaurant y negocios para comprar comida . La ubicacion genial, cerca de una playa de arena hermosa y equidistante para conocer las hermosas playas de cerdeña su anfrition super amable y dio todas las indicaciones para un facil ingreso y nos permitieron hacer check inn mas temprano 🧡 Gracias la pasamos genial

Gloria ist 100% zuverlässig, organisiert und hat an alles gedacht! Sie gibt Tipps Märkten und benachbarten Orten. Sie antwortet sofort oder in wenigen Minuten! Die Lage ist perfekt zum erholen und man kann sich nach Ausflügen in das schnuckelige Apartment zurückziehen und den herrlichen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit genießen! Der Supermarkt ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und hat typisch sardische aber auch überregionale Produkte zu günstigen Preisen! Alle Menschen der Umgebung waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zwei Restaurants in der nächsten Nähe! Ich kann den Yachting Club Vela Blu empfehlen, der sehr schön ist und man die Pizza auch zum Apartment mitnehmen kann. Ich habe 6 Badebuchten und Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe besucht. Es gibt aber noch unzählige Badebuchten und Strände. Rotondo und Golfo Aranci sind 10 min. mit dem Auto! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Tutto Fantastico!

Ein wunderbares Feriendomizil: tolle Lage, großzügig und gemütlich. Einzig der Gasherd benötigt eine Überholung, technische Reinigung (und die Messer ebenso). Kleinigkeiten … Poollandschaft, Umgebung, Infrastruktur: Top … und Ruhe mit tollem Ausblick mitten in der Natur. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke!

Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich von Antonella empfangen, welche jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und unendlich freundlich war. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und das Grundstück bestens gepflegt. Einzig die Auffahrt ist nicht auf Anhieb zu finden und nicht besonders schön - abgesehen davon ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne und tolle Unterkunft. Einzig negativer Punkt: Die Küche ist kaum ausgestattet (keine Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Kaffe, etc.), was für diesen Preis eigentlich doch fair wäre. Für Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klimaanlage muss man extra bezahlen. Ansonsten ist die Villa traumhaft und die Lage ebenso. Interhome Group ist stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Prachtige plek, dichtbij enkele mooie strandjes. Heerlijk zwembad. Meerdere terrassen. Het huis is op orde. Heerlijke ruimtes, met airco als nodig (wij waren er in april dus geen gebruik van gemaakt). Er zijn geen vaatblokjes en geen vuilniszakken of olie, alleen peper en zout, iets uitgebreider assortiment zou wel fijn geweest zijn.

We stayed in villa gardenia with 4 people for 4 nights. Amazing garden/patio for breakfast and dinner. Amazing outdoor bbq Nice Pool with outdoor shower options Great kitchen with great cooking possibilities and living room space Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2) are not very spacious but still fine, we found the beds were comfortable A few everyday things could be provided for free for all guests to make life easier for guests - for example we only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom Unnecessary or rather awkward extra costs such as Air conditioning and bed sheets / towels. Would be easier if everything were just included in a fix price Possibility to use the washing machine House beach in walking distance (5 mins) Access to the house is easy but the road is relatively bumpy and rough for about 500 m so don’t use your private Porsche if you have one ☝🏽 All in all highly recommend

Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft in tadellosen Zustand. Ein kleiner Mangel wurde schnell behoben und das noch am gleichen Tag. Einziges Manko: Die Kopfkissen, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten. Kleine Anmerkung: eine schriftliche Anweisung für Gäste, vor allem was den Müll angeht, wäre sicherlich hilfreich.
