Monthly Rentals in Porto Verde Beach

Marino's apartment is great!!! Its cleanliness and details for the guest who arrives perhaps tired, is a treat for the soul. Located near the center, with a place to park, everything is comfortable and functional. Marino always communicates gently. ❤️

There are only two downsides about this listing . First the smell of humidity but which is understandable sincethere are no windows and no ventilation system. Then the host we found super oppressive. It's a shame. Already he asks us to leave at 10 a.m. he asks us to let him know the day before about our departure time. In short, the apartment is nice and we were disappointed with the rest.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cosimo's apartment! Close to the beach, with a supermarket next door, private parking, two large balconies with clotheslines! We missed some basic accessories in the kitchen, such as a microwave, a coffee maker (because the Moka that was there was extremely small, for only one coffee, as there were 3 of us, we needed to make coffee several times) and household utensils (dishcloth, small cutting knife). Reasonable, unstable internet and TV with only local channels, lacks a Smart TV with streaming (Netflix, etc...).

Lina’s apartment was perfect for our few days in Monopoli and the surrounding area. Loved how close it was to the Old Town but still quiet. Perfect to have parking on site. It was clean, very spacious, and nicely furnished. Lina was great about communication, gave us very clear instructions, and checked in with us daily. We absolutely loved our time here.
