The place was just as described. very spacious, comfy beds, and very clean. They thought of everything you could need. They are super responsive (within 5 minutes) if you have questions. this will be my new 'go to" every time I come to town. Highly recommended!

She was an amazing host. Had all the amenities plus more. Beautiful peaceful place. It was so clean it was like no one had ever been there.

Host was super responsive on any questions I had. My boyfriend and I just stayed for one night for the Riley Green concert and loved the homey feel. It was also super clean, didn’t even look like anyone had stayed there before lol. Highly recommend if you gotta stay in the area.

A Hidden Gem on the Water. From the moment we arrived, watching the golden hues of sunset reflect off the water was an experience in itself. But the real adventure began with the incredible activities offered. Kayaking along the shoreline, gliding through the peaceful waters and discovering hidden coves was the perfect way to soak in the natural beauty of this lake. The Pontoon boat ride was equally unforgettable, with our knowledgeable host, Matt, sharing fascinating stories about the lake’s history and the surrounding area. Learning about the local landmarks and the rich history that shaped this area made the experience even more special. The property itself is cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Whether sipping coffee on the deck or simply enjoying the fresh, crisp air, every moment here felt relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating.

Thank you for being the official host of Santa Claus for the 2024 Christmas season! Your hospitality truly added magic to the holidays. We would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

My stay at Fawn's place was absolutely wonderful! Fawn was incredibly responsive and welcoming from the moment I booked. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. As a travel nurse, I unexpectedly had to leave early, and Fawn was extremely understanding and accommodating about the change in plans. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

This MANSION is amazing! This historical home was so beautiful! Beautiful woodwork, gorgeous staircase, big rooms! We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was in a very convenient location close to anything you would need. Just a couple of minutes to the bridge to go to Ashland or the bridge to Russell. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and we felt welcomed. This home had so many “hang-out” spaces from the 2 living/family rooms, the screened back porch, and the awesome swing on the huge front porch. Next time we visit the area, we will stay here again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again or recommend to friends staying in the area. Living room furniture was comfortable. Very clean. We appreciated not being expected to make our own beds or clean up before we left except for taking out the trash. Stairs are a little steep so might be a consideration for elderly or very young guests. We had guests and did not feel crowded. a deer visited us in the evening-always a treat!

My family and I stayed here to essentially rest after a long graduation trip and wow did we! The home and surrounding area was very beautiful. We didn’t get to see much of it the evening as we arrived due to a late check-in. But in the morning, it was stunning and calming. The space was very clean and tidy. We had 8 guest in total and there was plenty of space for us to sleep. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and very nice! I loved staying here and would definitely do so again.

Beautiful property. Lovely farmhouse nestled into peaceful rolling fields. We loved just sitting by the campfire overlooking the pond. Very secluded. From the back yard you can't see any neighbors. very peaceful. easy ride to beautiful Hocking Hill State Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions/concerns. we had a wonderful family vacation.

Nice getaway for a couple. I would recommend it to anyone. This place was nice and clean with a 20 minute drive to town for food. Perfect 👌.

Greta's Place is a beautiful 1930's Farmhouse, 3 levels with separate A/C Heating units, several porches & a balconey to view the sunsets/sunrises. We loved this home away home vacation time celebrating Mom's 94th Birthday with local family. Thank you Anita for providing this most memorable family vacation. Loved everything about this stay.

Great little place to stay. The house was clean and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Anthony was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Penthouse was a wonderful find for our visit to the Tri-State area. Parking was convenient and the condo is stunning! We felt so at home upon entering and the pictures are exactly as viewed prior to booking. The finishes are upscale and the king bed very comfortable. Double sinks in the master bathroom and a fantastic kitchen to cook in that had all of the comforts of home. The views of the Ohio River from the 13th floor were beautiful both day and night. The ground floor restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast with many choices of flavored coffees. I would definitely recommend the Penthouse when visiting the area or even if you are local for a special occasion get-away!

It was a perfect stay! Easy parking, clean and spacious, hassle-free, and a world-class view. Diamond is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the property. The deck is lovely, and Archie the outdoor neighborhood cat was the best welcoming committee ever! Be sure to take a walk through downtown Russell (DTR) to the local Brewpub while you're in town.

Lauryn's place in Ironton was perfect for our week's stay. Location was ideal, house was very clean and comfortable...even had a work station for those of us who had to work while on vacation. Wifi was fast and plenty to watch on the Roku TVs. Bedrooms VERY comfy. Kitchen has all the necessary appointments. Kickin' AC for those who like it nice and cool, like we do. If we ever find ourselves in Ironton again, I know where we're staying! Thanks Lauryn!

Stayed 3 days at Riverview 2. We loved the place and the area. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would love to come back if the chance ever comes up again. Diamond and Lisa are gracious hosts. Altogether a great time was had.
