Located in the south end of the resort area. Stay in this 2nd floor apt with its own entrance and live like a local. Gym and pool (open mid April-September) access. It's comfortable and low key. Walk to the fishing pier on 14th St., go surfing on 5th St or just beach it on 11St( kids playground on 10St). There are many restaurants nearby including Side Street Cantina next door and Beach Dogs around the corner. This is an older building and may show signs of wear and tear from the salt air!
