Tucked in amongst a variety of local trees including ancient Laurel and Oak, the area is very quiet and peaceful. You will see lots of squirrels, birds and even Eagles during your visit.

Refúgio das Poldras is located in Vilar de Viando, right on the banks of the Cabril River, one of the cleanest rivers in the region. Excellent for bathing, swimming, or simply walking along more than 2 km of the Cabril River. It is located about 2 km from the center of the village if you want to walk along the Roman road. Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
