Holiday rentals with a sauna in Posedarje

Unser Aufenthalt in Ljubač war wunderschön. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war traumhaft, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Ein- und Auschecken war einwandfrei und die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt. Sollte doch etwas fehlen, ist Marc sofort zur Stelle und kümmert sich darum. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem blitzsauberen Zustand vorgefunden und der Außenpool und der Garten haben das kleine Paradies perfekt gemacht. Marc ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und super Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants parat hat. Die Abende, die wir gemeinsam mit ihm und anderen Gästen des Hauses in seinem eigenen kleinen Restaurant verbracht haben, waren weitere Highlights unseres Urlaubs. Marc war für uns in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes eher ein Freund als einfach nur ein Gastgeber. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles Marc 😊

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Top ausgestattete Wohnung, mit viel Stile und allem was man sich wünschen kann. Die Wohnung bietet diverse Extras, welche einem den Aufenthalt einfach zum entspannen einladen. Absolut unkomplizierte und flexible Kommunikation mit Sanja. In der Nähe gibt es sehr viele schöne und etwas versteckte Orte zu besichtigen. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall gerne weiter, sofern man mot dem Auto unterwegs ist :-)

A very nice and modern apartment where you can completely relax. The apartment is equipped with all necessary luxury and it was nice to be able to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. Whenever we had questions, Sanja provided us with quick answers and the location is also great. It is only a half-hour drive to the nice center of Zadar and places such as Split and Brela are also easily accessible by car. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Das Penthouse befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und bietet einen wunderschönen Panoramablick- Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang inklusive 🥰 Die Unterkunft ist in der Realität sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Strandzugang und auch ein lokaler Bäcker sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Martina war eine sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und tolle Gastgeberin. Kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

L'accueil ainsi que les services proposés sont a la hauteur de l'annonce sur Airbnb. le paysage était magnifique et le petit plus avec la piscine était d'autant plus plaisant. nous avons passés quelques jours très agréables sur ce lieu, qui est très calme et reposant. L'hote est réactif et flexible suivant nos demandes ce qui est fort appréciable. Je recommande+++ Super hôte!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this place! We were a group of five friends celebrating a bachelor party and couldn’t have wished for a better spot. The private rooftop terrace was a real highlight – stunning panoramic views over the city, great for grilling, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and soaking up the sun. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures, super clean, and perfect for unwinding. It’s also very well located – quick and cheap to get into the city or to nearby beaches. Communication with Dora was super easy – she always responded quickly and was really helpful. All in all, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommended!

Marijana was an incredibly friendly and understanding host. If I ever return to Zadar, I would definitely love to stay at this apartment again. Thank you, Marijana, for being such a wonderful host🤗

Die Unterkunft war top!!! Sauber, alles funktionsfähig, super ausgestattet, … Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Nachbarn sind sehr lieb. Die Lage ist etwas ungünstig, wenn man die Stadt oft besuchen will, aber für einen relaxten Urlaub perfekt. Ich habe absolut nichts auszusetzen - die Unterkunft ist einfach ein TRAUM!

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

It was a pleasure staying at this fantastic house with all its benefits like the grill, the sauna and the pool. We also enjoyed the old tavern room in the basement of the house in the evenings. The nearby beach (15 minutes walk) with the olive trees was a great place to spend the day. Also the proximity of the national park was a great feature. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive! We can definately recommend this place for any group of friends or families to spend some relaxing days. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome!

Das Haus bietet mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool und eigenem Tennisplatz viele Möglichkeiten für einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Liegenschaft. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den schönen Sonnenuntergang. Die nächste größere Stadt Zadar ist mit dem Auto in 30 Min erreichbar. Novigrad selber bietet ausser einer Burgruine jedoch nicht viel an. Das Meer unmittelbar vor dem Haus ladet nicht sehr zum Baden ein. Baden kann man dafür im hauseigenen Pool. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern zwischen 2 und 11 Jahren. Sowohl die Kinder als auch wir Erwachsen kamen bei dem breiten Angebot, welches das Haus bietet, voll auf unsere Kosten. Lana war sehr freundlich und als wir eine erneute Reinigung des Whirlpools wünschten wurde das innerhalb eines Tages organisiert - toller Service!
