Holiday rentals with a sauna in Posedarje

Our stay in Ljubač was lovely. The view from our balcony was fantastic, especially at sunset. Checking in and out was impeccable and the place has everything you need. If something is missing, Marc will be there immediately and take care of it. We found the apartment in a sparkling clean condition and the outdoor pool and garden made the little paradise perfect. Marc is a very warm host who is always available and has great tips for excursions or restaurants ready. The evenings we spent together with him and other guests of the house in his own small restaurant were other highlights of our vacation. Marc was more of a friend than a host for us during our stay. I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything Marc 😊

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Top equipped apartment, with lots of styles and everything you could want. The apartment offers various extras, which simply invite you to relax. Absolutely uncomplicated and flexible communication with Sanja. There are many beautiful and somewhat hidden places to visit nearby. Our two dogs also felt very comfortable. We are definitely happy to recommend the place if you are traveling by car:-)

A very nice and modern apartment where you can completely relax. The apartment is equipped with all necessary luxury and it was nice to be able to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. Whenever we had questions, Sanja provided us with quick answers and the location is also great. It is only a half-hour drive to the nice center of Zadar and places such as Split and Brela are also easily accessible by car. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Highly recommend staying at this place! It is perfect if you are looking for a great time on vacation. It is as beautiful as on the pictures and the view is amazing. Martina was really friendly and even brought us a cake as a gift. She was always quick to answer and open for all questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The welcome and the services offered are up to the ad on Airbnb. The landscape was beautiful and the little extra with the pool was all the more pleasant. We spent a few very pleasant days in this place, which is very quiet and relaxing. The host is responsive and flexible according to our requests, which is very appreciable. We had an absolutely amazing time at this place! We were a group of five friends celebrating a bachelor party and couldn’t have wished for a better spot. The private rooftop terrace was a real highlight – stunning panoramic views over the city, great for grilling, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and soaking up the sun. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures, super clean, and perfect for unwinding. It’s also very well located – quick and cheap to get into the city or to nearby beaches. Communication with Dora was super easy – she always responded quickly and was really helpful. All in all, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful stay in Zadar!! The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and outside area and 6 rooms, 5 with en suite bathrooms! We had such a lovely time and the hosts were very helpful and kind. It’s around 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes into Zadar and 10 minutes from Nin. Throughly recommend especially if you can get a car!

It was a pleasure staying at this fantastic house with all its benefits like the grill, the sauna and the pool. We also enjoyed the old tavern room in the basement of the house in the evenings. The nearby beach (15 minutes walk) with the olive trees was a great place to spend the day. Also the proximity of the national park was a great feature. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive! We can definately recommend this place for any group of friends or families to spend some relaxing days. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome!

The house offers many opportunities for a great stay in the property with sauna, jacuzzi, pool and private tennis court. You have a great view of the beautiful sunset. The nearest larger city of Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Novigrad itself does not offer much except for a castle ruin. The sea right in front of the house does not invite you to swim. You can swim in the in-house pool. We were two families with a total of 4 children between 2 and 11 years. Both the children and we adults came to our expense with the wide range that the house offers. Lana was very friendly and when we wanted another cleaning of the hot tub it was organized within a day - great service!

Milan is a great host who greeted us at midnight when we arrived, and even had food prepared ready for us. He was very friendly and warned us about shop closing times over the easter weekend.
