The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the old and idyllic school in its spacious upstairs apartment (k, oh, 2mh, sauna/toilet/shower, 2 hallways). The beautiful surroundings offer wonderful outdoor opportunities - the ski trail to the nearby hills starts from the yard, the adjacent lake allows ice fishing, in the summer you can hike and pick berries in the nearby hills, a rowing boat is waiting on the school beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The apartment and courtyard are well suited for families with children.

The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Rukatunturi Moisashenry

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Atmospheric house on the shore of Kemijoki

On the scenic Kemijoki riverbank, about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
