Gîte avec accès indépendant avec 2 chambres, terrasse et jardin. Le RDC est composé d’une cuisine équipée, d’une table avec 4 chaises, d’un canapé lit et deux terrasses : une grande terrasse avec vue sur la nature et le jardin avec tables, chaises longues, barbecue et une 2éme terrasse avec deux fauteuils de jardin. L’étage est constitué d’une chambre avec deux lits de 90x200, d’une chambre avec un lit de 140x190, d’une salle de bain (douche neuve installée mi-octobre 2025) et d’un WC séparés.

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte of Moulin de Kerdunic. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte.

You'll love my place for the view and comfort. It is good for couples. My accommodation is located at Port RHU near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city center of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Close to bars and restaurants and in Tréboul, the thalassotherapy center. My apartment is on the 3rd and last floor. For parking, no problem, 2 free parking lots nearby.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
