On the heights of the bay of Douarnenez, in Tréboul, close to the beach of Les Sables Blancs, come and discover the natural environment, the maritime activity that will allow you to enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature. Located in Mahalon, Brittany in southern Finistère, close to the cottage, Audierne, Douarnenez, Pont Croix, Cape Sizun and its beautiful hikes on coastal trail (GR34). Come and discover the beautiful landscapes of the bay, its beaches, natural, historical and legendary heritage. Cape Sizun is also about tasting local specialties. Minimum 2 nights. Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte. The charm of Les Sables Blancs

From the private swimming pool, open in summer season, to which only residents have access, you can directly access the beach through a gate. The building has a digicode, a private parking space in the basement, an elevator and a laundry room. Enjoy your stay!!

Beaches and strikes are within a few minutes walk. Thalasso, shops, market and port of Treboul are 5 minutes drive. Hiking shoes on the feet, it is the GR 34 that awaits you at the departure of the cottage .

The ground floor is composed of an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed and a large terrace overlooking nature and the garden with tables, sun loungers, barbecue and a 2nd terrace with garden chairs. The floor consists of a bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom (new shower installed mid-October 2025) and a separate toilet

Furnished for 4 people and open to a large sunny terrace overlooked by a private garden, it enjoys a peaceful and preserved environment and has two bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. Direct access to hiking trails allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix or the port of Audierne.
