This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

It is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door.
