We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Strand war traumhaft, der Pool war gut doch leider war die Dame die dort wohl für die Bar verantwortlich ist, sehr unhöflich. Kinder durften im Pool nicht spielen, auch eine Kommunikation mit der Dame die das ganze überwacht hat war nicht möglich da Sie kein Wort Englisch verstanden hat. Einzige Sprache die die Spaßbremse versteht ist Koratisch. Ich korrigiere mich Sie beherrscht das Wort Nein auf Englisch. Andere Besucher haben es auch so empfunden. Ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

We spent four amazing days at Slavka's place. The apartment was very nice and clean, and we especially loved the terrace. Slavka is incredibly kind and always available to help. We highly recommend staying here!

Marijanova maminka bydlí přímo vedle ubytování, pokud byste potřebovali s něčím pomoci, můžete se tedy na ni ihned obrátit. Náš pobyt proběhl naprosto v pořádku, v apartmánu je vše, co potřebujete. Akorát v říjnu bylo v apartmánu již chladněji, ale s tím jsem počítali.

Bezaubernder Garten in wunderschöner Umgebung direkt am Wasser. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen und man findet immer ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen. Man kann (z.B. in völliger Stille drum herum im Sonnenaufgang) schwimmen gehen, mit dem Boot hinausfahren, am Abend einen gemütlichen Aperitiv am Wasser nehmen und lecker grillen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toller Blick, besonders vom oberen Appartement. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, aber man braucht dafür das Auto. Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Wir sind 2 h früher eingetroffen als geplant aber wir konnten Andrej eine Stunde vor Ankunft informieren und durften dann schon früher einchecken. Das Haus war sauber und etwas zu essen und trinken war schon für uns im Kühlschrank. Ein Angestellter von Andrej hat uns alles erklärt und kam auch jeden Morgen in der Früh als noch alle geschlafen haben um den Pool sauber zu machen. Im Haus kann man die Spülmaschine benutzen und auch die Waschmaschine, tabs und Spülmittel ist schon da gewesen. Außen schaltet sich die Beleuchtung automatisch am Abend an und lässt sich leider nicht manuell ausschalten was an machen Zimmern von draußen dann rein scheint. In der Nähe gibt es gleich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker, die jeden Tag auf haben. Nach Pag sind es ca 30 min, dort ist auch die nächste Tankstelle und größere Supermärkte. Zum Meer sind es von der Wohnung nur 5 min zu Fuß und man kann auch ohne badeschuhe direkt ins Wasser gehen. Alles in allem kann man hier super urlaub machen. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben entspannte Herbsttage in Lukas Haus verbracht. Der beheizte Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Die Lokale haben leider in Novigrad zu der Zeit geschlossen, wir haben jedoch im Nachbarort (ca. 15 min Fahrzeit) in der Pizzeria Fortuna gut gegessen. Sonst ist eine Verpflegung im Haus möglich, da die Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Mikrowelle, Backrohr, Geschirrspülmaschine und Nespresso-Maschine vorhanden. Ebenfalls Gewürze, Öl und Tee. Uns hat der ruhige Fischerort gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

I think that I have never been in such a posh a nice accommodation in Croatia. I’ve been traveling a lot for work and I’ve been visiting 5 stars hotels a lot, but this was very unique experience. Apartment no.7 was really well equipped and so big for even 3 families. I was there outside of main season but I can imagine how cool this place has to be even in summer season. Sanel and his brother Anel were both looking after us all stay long. I can only recommend this place !

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Super ausgestattet, tolle Lage, Pool, Parkplatz und vor allem die phantastische Aussicht. Absolut empfehlenswert

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

Maria und Frane sind zwei großartige Menschen. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit - es war alles genau so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Super schönes Haus mit einem tollen Pool. Waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern dort und es war wirklich genial. Weit weg von allem Trubel und einen sehr hohen Standard was die Ausstattung betrifft. Klare Empfehlung!

Nieskazitelnie czysto, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty , przepiękny widok z tarasu. Bardzo pomocna Ana mimo opóźnionego lotu o prawie 10 godzin bez problemu mogliśmy sie zameldować później . Jesteśmy za to bardzo wdzięczni. Na pewno jak będziemy w okolicy to wrócimy .

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

top appartement ! avec une top situation pour rayonner sur tout ce qu il y a à faire autour de zadar! l appart est neuf et avec tout ce qu il faut , et le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est un vrai plus en fin de journée après de longues marches. cornelis est un top hôte, gentil accueillant , hyper réactif à toutes nos questions et très sympa ! nous avons passé un séjour fantastique en croatie et dans cet appart , nous y reviendrons c est sur et chez cornelis . merci encore pour tout🙏💪🏽

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

Za nás bolo všetko úplne ok, jedine nám chýbala práčka keďže sme tam boli s dieťaťom zišla by sa:) ale to som si mala všimnúť nevšimla som si, inak všetko super, ďakujeme😊

Davorka und ihr Mann waren sehr lieb und haben uns immer wieder ihre Hilfe angeboten bzgl. Aktivitäten oder wenn wir etwas benötigten. Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und war in einem Topzustand. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Umgebung und der Strand waren ein Traum.

This apartment was fantastic, the terrace was stunning and really private, nice little area to swim jsut a few steps down. The apartment itself had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. You absolutely have to have a car to stay here and it is true that the motorbikes are very loud as you are right on a main road but really was the worst on the weekend the weekdays were not to bad but also in the evening not bad either. Over all highly recommend was one of our favourite stops of the trip

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf dieser Insel und sehr gespannt und neugierig. In der Vila Nana wurden wir sehr freundlich von Vjekoslav begrüßt. Uns erwartete ein behutsam restauriertes und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem alles Wesentliche vorhanden war. Wir fühlten uns wirklich sehr, sehr wohl! Herrlich waren auch die beiden Terrassen - je nach Sonnenstand fand man da oder dort kühlenden Schatten und phantastische Ausblicke obendrein. Zum Schwimmen liefen wir den kurzen Weg hinunter ins Dorf - es war uns immer eine Freude! Der kleine Ort Zman bot alles, was wir für ein paar sehr entspannte Urlaubstage benötigten (auch im kleinen Laden erhält man Waren des täglichen Bedarfs und wird außerdem sehr freundlich bedient!). Es gibt eine Konoba (Gasthaus, das wir ziemlich teuer fanden), eine ganz gute Pizzeria und eine herrlich lebendige kleine Bar Mirella am Dorf“strand", in der sich die Einheimischen treffen und wir immer sehr freundlich bedient wurden. Gerne wieder
