This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. There is a TV in every room, plus one in the living area. 5 KING BEDS! plus 2 pullouts!

Located on cozy safe cul-de-sac, reserved parking. Unique architect-designed space has kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee, more. Hiking trails nearby! Non-smoking.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Beautiful home located in the heart of Knoxville. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, University of Tennessee! We have a fully stocked kitchen, large patio and a grill. We also have another unit that is "attached" to this home if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. You would share a large dining room between the units great for dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent the dining room for $75 when booking this home.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

If you want a comfy place with a great location📍, Piano House is the spot for you! *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.
