Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, heating, as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available upon request. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and snow sports. Farm products such as cheese, eggs and honey can be purchased from the host. Breakfast can be obtained on request. Guest card of CHF 5./day must be paid on site.

Heidi's bed & breakfast Ardez

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no cooking stove), shower/toilet) in a 400 year old farmhouse is close to Ardez train station. There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the old time flair, equipped with all the comforts. A free parking space is available to our guests nearby.

We have 10 apartments (all south facing) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers spacious space for 2 persons with its over 50m2.
