The place was beautiful with an incredible view—just what we were hoping for. It was clean, cozy, and felt very welcoming. Edenir was a wonderful host and very responsive throughout our stay. We’d love to come back!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

The villa is super cozy and well taken care of, complete kitchen with utensils for those who will cook there, in addition to having a comfortable balcony, it is surrounded by trees, impeccable garden, it is a great option for a family. Surely we will be back

The host was extremely kind and attentive. The house is charming! At every moment we discovered a new detail, and the accommodation became an event on the trip. Spacious and very comfortable property, very tasteful decoration and a wonderful view! We felt embraced by the house, such good energy that we felt when we entered. It was wonderful to be staying in Sergio's apartment. I have a baby of 1 year and 3 months and I chose the place precisely for the things there were to do with the child, since it is not only possible to stay on the beach, so we took a lot of advantage of the swimming pools, especially the heated ones. My daughter loved! Very cool playground and all very clean and organized! We will definitely return to the next one! Sérgio is a great host!

Alexandre is very solicitous, polite and serves very well as a host. I recommend the apartment, a location right on the sand, with a very nice view and well-organized restaurants on the sand with access to the condominium. Clean environment, well-functioning, and polite employees. We arrived late at 11:40 pm and the person who attended us has worked at Toninhas for 18 years, welcomed us very well and explained everything locally. It was me, my husband, and our two small dogs, and everything was well adjusted. I'll be back soon. ☺️

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, very clean, organized, had pillows and blanket which helped me a lot because I got a few cold days, polite staff, very comfortable place, I liked it a lot, the bad thing was leaving.
