The living room, kitchen and bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms with electric towel racks. Guests will have access, on foot, to 3 beaches (Prumirim, Itaipu and Léo), Cachoeira, Ilha do Prumirim and Lagoa do Prumirim.
