Everything is great. Close to everything, especially the beach. Great for those who want to rest. The Maranduba River flows less than 200 meters from the house.

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

WONDERFUL view, better than you can see from the ad! My husband and I were lucky enough to arrive with a rainbow in the sky, and we could see the full moon rising every day in the sea, as well as the sun, in the comfort of the chalet! The garden is very beautiful and well-preserved, with many colorful birds, a very safe condominium, close to a practically deserted beach, very quiet. It is possible to go to it through a small trail inside the condominium itself. In addition, the cottage was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a very well-equipped kitchen... Everything was PERFECT!
