The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located on a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to explore the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all of which can be reached on foot. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

The apartment is a cutie, super well decorated, quiet and well lit! When we arrived the apartment was super clean, which for us is something fundamental! Congratulations to Flávio!

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it.

The house is much more than the photos can show. Charming place, with lots of greenery in the surroundings. A wonderful energy, I felt welcomed the whole time we stayed. House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

Ademir is an extremely kind and thoughtful host! We were very well received and he gave us valuable tips, especially on where to dine — which made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the pictures: very clean, organized and comfortable. We had an unforeseen on the way — a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up needing to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he, very generously, offered to reimburse the lost rate or to grant us an extra night at no cost. We declined, of course, as we understand that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the kind of person and host he is: whole, understanding, and generous. I highly recommend hosting and we will certainly be back!

The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we were comfortable during the stay and he attended to us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot. Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.
