Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

Beach Bungalow - Siriuba

Charming loft,standing in the sand on one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches of Ilhabela. Carefully equipped to offer a comfortable and unforgettable stay,it has air conditioning,ceiling fan,electric shower with stall,refrigerator,sink, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, and other accessories. Double sofa-bed, single bed, and two extra inflatable double mattresses. Outside we have a deck on the sand in front of the sea, a shower, a hammock swing under a treetop, tables, and benches.

Banheiro amplo, cozinha bem equipada para boas refeições apreciando o belo visual, sala com sofás de tecido e o deck de madeira completam o aconchego. É perfeita para relaxar e apreciar o cenário. Não é isolada, mas é exclusiva para quem nela estiver.

O Park é um condomínio com muita segurança e natureza exuberante, cortado por riachinhos de água cristalina e situado ao pé da Serra do Mar, a apenas 2km da praia Massaguaçu, restaurantes e supermercados da região. Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain.
