Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Pontal

We went to have a family break! Flat is within a hotel where we have access to its leisure areas ( swimming pool, fitness center, restaurants …) It is well equipped, pleasant and clean, has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen area has a microwave, minibar and basic utensils ( dishes, cutlery and glasses)! I'd like to bring bottles of mineral water if you don't want to drink it at the hotel! The place is beautiful, with an extensive green area and access to a private beach through a ferry that the hotel offers, ideal for those who are looking to rest and get out of the bustle of everyday life.

I loved the stay and it's exactly like in the photos! Everything is very clean and organized, the location is excellent, close to everything and you can really do everything on foot. I'll definitely come back more often!

The house is very cute, complete, tidy and clean. We love the place, it is 10 minutes from the Center, there is a garage on site and the street is quiet. Julio is very nice, attentive and has given us several tips of places, I highly recommend hosting.

The house is simply perfect! From the location, the layout, all the spaces… everything is even better than the photos. The mamanguá bag is a beautiful and perfect place for those who like to explore nature! We wake up in the morning with the sea view and have the autonomy to go out exploring everything by kayaking (provided by the house)! The house is very well equipped and organized exactly as advertised, we do not miss anything! Before our arrival, the host gave us guidelines that were very important, such as: take all the necessary supplies since there is no market nearby and recommended us the boatman to make the crossing, with whom we have made other boat trips there! We love everything! We will come back for sure!

I went with my mother and my 9-year-old daughter and Felicie my dog . We are very happy with the location, the house extremely clean and organized at last exactly the same as the photos. Quiet condominium the whole house equipped we lacked nothing and was a tasty yard where Felicie flapped rs Eliane was wonderful we had to enter the day after the leased and she was kind enough to provide us with the flexibility at check out. It was our first time in Paraty and she gave us beach and restaurant tips as well as schooner tours. We were personally greeted by Renata, who gave us all the guidance and support, as well as helping us find the best way to access the event in the city. The house is very good, the external space is fantastic, it has access to the stream, a lot of green area, quiet, sensational place. I just think the linens can be better. The house deserves this affection the most with the bedding! No mais so so has praise! I will definitely return!!!

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again. The stay with Selma was perfect from the beginning. The apartment was super clean, new mattresses, smelling bedding and well-equipped kitchen. The village is very close to the condominium beach and we had super quiet days with our daughter. Condominium has a huge lawn for children to play and also a playground. Beyond the beach Que's quiet and super nice water!
