The stay was very good, it attended me super well , we went in 4 adults and a 1 year baby and it was great. Quiet place, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, near Tenório and to walk on the Itagua waterfront. The apartment served us super well, good tv, good WiFi, basic utensils in the kitchen gave to cook quietly, clean and organized apartment, very spacious, Adriana and Michely super attentive, polite, friendly. Very easy and quiet place to get to, with good communication and tips, it was easy to enter the building and the apartment. Upon entering, we received a welcome letter and a treat that we really liked, making it an incredible differential. As described, the AP is indeed charming, elegant and very beautiful. Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

The condominium is excellent, well organized and safe. The apartment is very nice, with all the necessary furniture and utensils. The host was very polite and communicative.

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. We were able to take our pet without any problem or requirement outside the standards of a condominium. I recommend it to everyone who searches the region.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again. We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Márcia was extremely polite and helpful! The place was very clean, and it was very easy to keep it clean. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).

Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

We had an unforeseen on the way — a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up needing to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he, very generously, offered to reimburse the lost rate or to grant us an extra night at no cost. We declined, of course, as we understand that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the kind of person and host he is: whole, understanding, and generous. I highly recommend hosting and we will certainly be back!

The apartment exactly matches the description, with great location and services around. The apartment number is wrong in the description, is 22 and not 2, which hindered a little to reach the correct address, but nothing too much for the host to respond quickly. All perfect.
