The house is wonderful, cozy, complete. Comfortable rooms, full kitchen and has a great leisure area. We liked it so much that it was our second time at the house. And we'll come back more often. The host is very attentive and we appreciate the great hospitality. The condominium is quiet, safe, well located.

My family and I spent wonderful times on the spot. Great outdoor space, including all necessary infrastructure. The house is extremely clean, with fragrant bed linen and towels! Quiet and easily accessible location. The host was always willing and agile, answering all the questions sent. She was welcoming and flexible. 10 out of 10!

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the pictures don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 suites + one bathroom. The location is perfect, getting close to the grocery stores you can call to make deliveries, and the tourist spot “way of Moses”. Mr. Nido, the homemaker, welcomed us very well and was always willing to answer our questions.   Improvement suggestions: 1. The staircase leading to the beach does not provide security, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, an evaluation is required to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a bit dark and so does the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to come back more often. 

The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with air conditioning in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck to access the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rented car and still drove around the other beaches (all close) and took the tour to see the manatee (we saw 4). Nando's beachside bar for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always come back :)

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable, with spacious, well-lit and ventilated environments, providing a constant feeling of well-being. The view of the pool with the sea in the background is simply breathtaking! Moreover, the experience of drinking coconut water straight from the coconut tree in the garden is something unique and unforgettable — a true privilege. I also highlight the attention and support of the host, Claudia, always very helpful and caring, which made our experience even more special!

I would like to thank you very much for the stay and especially the attention of Rogério and his wife. I forgot a bikini at the place and they promptly called me to come back to get it when I returned the next day because I was getting to know the region. They washed it. I didn't even expect it, I was very grateful... Thank you for your attention and congratulations on your service.

The stay was simply perfect, it is a very comfortable and exclusive location. Fátima is a sweet, very polite, attentive. michelle, marivaldo and ivan are extremely polite and attentive. We are in doubt whether we qualify as excellent or fabulous! Perfect!

We stayed 13 days in April 2025 . A very nice place. Very good hosts. Erica's pope who lives there, Erico, always willing, friendly and discreet. The dto is simple but you have everything you need for the stay. The beach is undoubtedly spectacular, perhaps one of the most beautiful we have visited in Brazil. The water temperature excellent, days 29 ° warmer than the Caribbean. Without a doubt the Sitio is the best in Maragogi. We recommend it without a doubt. The area in gral of condominiums, which face the sea, without streets arriving from the route, makes it very exclusive. On the date we were , it included the end of Easter, the beach was not " invaded" by people. The sea is very calm, almost without waves ,the beach accessed from the Sitio, still keeps a low tide a proximity to the sea. It's clean and spacious. Excellent apartment, right on the beach. Complete condominium with swimming pool, secure parking, doorman always available, especially Nice, who received us with great politeness and sympathy. Various household appliances and electronics as well, we don't miss anything. Rinaldo, always very polite and helpful, gave us tips on restaurants and a tour guide. We took the tour with the agency he recommended and it was totally worth it. We love everything, it was definitely a very good experience. 10/10

The apartment is much better than in the photos, very comfortable, and luxury equipment for you to enjoy your stay and the beach, you will feel at home. The building is new, the pool on the terrace stands out in the area as well as the building, and the unbeatable views.

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, since there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

Josy was always attentive, receptive and concerned with my arrival and stay. Always showed support, giving clear information and great tips. I really enjoyed staying here for these great days.

Great choice!! Nice, modern condominium with great structure. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Amei everything, were days of peace, leisure and rest. The beach in front of the condo is great, especially at low tide times. And the neighboring beach, which is the beach of Bitingui, simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and paradisiacal place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Just gratitude!

A quiet place to take care of the silence and lightness that life proposes. As the Djavan says, a good place to read a book. That's what I did in that stay. Sati the silence, read and did some readings of the environment too, which conveys comfort and warmth. Super recommend!

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely amazing - excellent beach with wonderful outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and well equipped. Djanira was friendly, always communicative, and helped with flexible check-in and check-out times, which made everything even easier. The Accommodation met all expectations, complete house, everything in perfect operation, utensils attend the stay for family, friends, and surprised me that they had at the house barbecue, cooler, beach chairs, sun umbrellas and volleyball, it was a differential that did not count, and super attended our group of friends of 4 people.

My experience was wonderful! The apartment is complete, exactly as described — cozy, fragrant and with everything you need in a house. I felt very welcomed, especially when I was greeted with a basket of fruit for my little ones, a loving gesture that made all the difference. Romero and Juliana were incredible hosts: always attentive, quick to respond and even gave us several tips that greatly enriched our stay. We will definitely return and we highly recommend!
