Come & kayak, swim, fish, boat, or water play all day. Enjoy the large wrap-around deck with 2 separate seating areas. Plan a BBQ, relax around the fire table or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Unwind in the cabin with the wood burning stove & spend some quality time with family for game night.

Modern White Oak Cabin

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

This is a Garage that has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom & queen bed. Adjoining garage space for parking (garage space is small and will only accommodate a small to mid-size auto) additional parking available. DO NOT BLOCK GARAGES. Close to Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airports, & shopping. Large yard w/ private outdoor space and firepit. The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!
