Monthly Rentals in Prebbleton

We were a group of two couples staying for a long weekend to go to a wedding at Waipuna Estate. Jane's AirBnB was a perfect locaton for us as we were very handy to the wedding venue and also close to Tai Tapu, Halswell and Lincoln for restaurants, etc. The home was spacious and very homely and relaxing. We had everything that we needed and would recommend this as a peaceful and private place to stay.

Thank you so much Ann and Pete, the weather was awful and we definitely needed the heaters, with snow on the port hills, yet your little cottage was a great place. We loved the quiet rural location and your willingness to help when we had baggage/flight problems. Thanks again

This house is absolutely wonderful, warm, clean, and very comfortable. It’s perfect for families with both kids and elderly guests. The Matt has clearly put a lot of thought into setting up the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including cookware and kids’ utensils. There’s even a high chair and a baby cot available, which made things so much easier for us. There are lots of toys and books for children, and the trampoline in the backyard was a big hit! Our whole family really loved staying here. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Huge thanks to Matt for such a thoughtful and well prepared home!

The place provides the space, utilities and amenities which made our stay convenient and comfortable. Clear instructions provided with suggestions for potential activities to do in surrounding areas. We found the location is good especially if those who are traveling by car and like to have one-day trip to Christchurch and other attractions which may not be listed as major attraction areas such as Rakaia Gorge Point, Castle Hill and others. I strongly recommend this place especially if you travel as a group.
