Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

The beach and natural resort Kamenjak are nearby and easily reachable by foot or bicycle. There is beautiful nature, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a peaceful part of Premantura.Stupice Campsite is close, where you can walk or jog. The city center is a 10-min walk away.

Modern apartments in old Austro-Hungarian building on a second floor without elevator in the very heart of city center. Our apartments are located just 200 meters from Gate of Hercules and 360 meters from Pula Amphitheater. The sea (Pula harbor) is just 500 meters from the apartments and the nearest beaches around 2.5 km. We always look that the apartment is clean, neat and perfectly functional so you can start enjoying it right away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Set right outside the entrance to the protected natural park of Kamenjak, located in a private residential building, reflect the luxury and comfort of the spotlessly designed interiors. Secured bike storage with the possibility to charge E-bike included (reservation needed).

Beach apartment is located in a quiet enviroment only 50 m from the beach. You have many beaches to choose from, the closest beach is in one of the most beautiful parts of Pula because of its stunning view and very quiet.

Our comfortable two bedroom apartment offers an very relaxed vacation! It has a big terrace with a beautiful sea view. In the front of the house is a fruit garden. It is on very quiet location without no traffic around.
