Quiet apartment on the first floor of family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and to the beach yet away from crowded tourist apartment complexes. Bedroom and living room open to the balcony with a sea view. Bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery.
