Great location, beautiful view. We liked drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the terrace. Special surprise was bottle of great wine. Goran was aways helpful and easy to communicate. We will come back 😍

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. Who is looking for peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet 10 minutes from the sea, a warm recommendation for Lara's house in Bartići

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

We had a great stay in Rabac! The apartment was exactly as described, in a quiet location with a beautiful view and sea view. We had nice contact with our hosts. Highly recommended we will be happy to come back!

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

We spent three weeks with child and dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

Everything was just fine … this is a real treasure

The best Airbnb we have stayed in. We only had two days at Luciano’s place but we wish we could have stayed longer. Luciano and his wife were amazing with the children, they gave my son his favourite chocolates and gave him a tractor ride. The house was spotless, comfortable and everything had been thought of. We will definitely be returning in the future for a longer holiday. We went to the local town for coffee (where we found lots of lovely cafes and restaurants) and also found a castle in the centre of the town which the children loved. The local supermarket was well stocked. If you are thinking of staying here you won’t regret it. We had a very memorable stay to end our ten day road trip.

Fantastic place with fantastic hosts. The apartment is as advertised with a wonderful view overlooking Krk Island. The welcome meal provided by Marino was brilliant and fed us for 2 days! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time with Elena on Krk. The cottage is not very large, but well equipped and completely sufficient for 2 people. The subtropical garden, however, is a real dream. Palm trees, olive trees and wonderfully blooming flowers surround a large saltwater pool. Everything is very well maintained and clean, an oasis of peace. Elena is a very friendly, always helpful hostess who does everything to make guests feel comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

super nice and friendly hostess great accommodation: as good as new, super equipped, completely corresponded to the description The only "criticism" is the location, the house is quite remote, and there is nothing to see or reach on foot. About 15 minutes away by car, there are Lidl, Plodine, DM, Müller and much more. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach in Rabac. Otherwise, an absolute recommendation 👍

The place was beautiful, as well as the nearby town of Labin and the sea. A refreshing pool. Very kind, helpful hosts who welcomed us with wine and ice cream for the kids.
