Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.

Our modern and cozy 3-room apartment is located on the east side of Fraueninsel in Lake Chiemsee. Two to max. 4 people can stay in our 70 sqm apartment. Because not only the bedroom with double bed, but also the cozy sofa bed in the living room with separate mattress (140 × 200 cm) offers all comforts. On the large balcony you can overlook Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. In less than 1 minute you can reach the shared meadow by the lake, with jetty and two sun loungers.

When we are away traveling, you can book this gem: The house has one bedroom, a bathroom and toilet, as well as a spacious, bright living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight is the private , south-west-facing garden with terrace and mountain view in an absolutely dream location - just 5 minutes away from Chiemsee. Ideal for sailing, hiking, cycling or simply relaxing.

Seekitz vacation home - very close to the lake!

The apartment Seekitz is our apartment directly on the lake (350 m). Just outside the door, a variety of restaurants (Italians, Bavarian, Steakhouse, Burger and Co) awaits you, as well as the opportunity to walk on the shore path, to inquire by bike around the lake or area, as well as the climbing forest or the possibility to go by electric boat on the lake itself. (NO boat license required!) Bike cellar and underground parking space in the house.

Die gemütliche Wohnung (43 qm) mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich im 1. Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Hofes in Laufnähe zum Simssee. Der Hof befindet sich im Riederinger Ortsteil Beuerberg direkt an der Hauptstraße Richtung Prien am Chiemsee. Der Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch ist durch eine offene Treppe mit dem Schlafbereich (Doppelbett) verbunden (keine Tür). Der große Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten kann mitgenutzt werden.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

The holiday apartment is located in a small residential complex on the first floor. The apartment has an underground parking space. In the yard, next to the entrance to the house, there is a covered bicycle rack as well as a bicycle cellar which is accessible via a ramp. From October to May also inexpensive monthly rentals.
