Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. There is a modern and very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over, airy living room with dining area, plus downstairs WC. There is an outside patio/seating/ BBQ available for the use of Guest. The rear of the Cottage opens out onto a lovely communal but very quiet grassy area for you to enjoy🌞

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.
