In a front row position, it has an unspoilt view of the entire Filey Bay from Carr Naze/Brigg over to Bempton Cliffs. It is the only upside down house at The Bay to make the most of the views from the balcony off the open plan living area. It also has 2 extra camp beds (suitable for children) so it can accommodate up to 10 (max 8 adults).

Our Beach House has open plan living areas, with a dining table for meals and a lounge with a log burner and Smart TV. The bi-fold doors lead to a deck with outdoor seating. At the rear there is an area for kids to play or for you to enjoy a bbq. The bedrooms both have TVS /DVDs. The resort is family/pet friendly with free use of the pool, and gym. The pub is child and dog friendly as is the bistro next door. The house is near the kids play area and the site has private access to Filey Beach.
