Holiday rentals with beach access in Princeville

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

Perfect location on the north shore and great parking. We really appreciated having a coffee maker in the room and a few beach towels to use. Cute little lanai, too. Thank you for sharing your space with us! :) Aloha.

Brooke’s place is great, exactly as pictured. A very relaxing environment—picture tea/coffee mornings on the view deck and a great place to come back to after sightseeing. Kitchen is great, well stocked w basics to get cooking after a quick grocery stop n. As for bedding, the cotton linens are washed in free and clear detergent, which is a huge bonus in our opinion. One cool thing that I didn’t understand in the description is that the upstairs bedroom area has a king bed that can be separated into twin beds. We were traveling with only one kid so the king bed was perfect for him, but if traveling with two kids or two adult friends having the option of separate beds is great. After booking, Brooke offered to have the beds separated or together, so it’s an option that she will make happen for you. Brooke’s place is well stocked for fun too, with 4 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards snorkel gear too (which I didn’t inventory, but you can ask) and a mid-sized ice chest. 10 out of 10!

That bed was the most comfortable bed and those sheets.. oh man those sheets!! Like royalty! the place was very nice, with its art all over every wall! Compared to some places we stayed at in Waikiki, this place was a palace. the only downside was the shower was a bit small and hard to keep the curtain inside the stall, but otherwise, this was a great place to stay. the wife and I Highly recommend staying here! thank you for the hospitality !

Fantastic spot in Princeville. Can’t beat the views. Spent a lot of time on the balcony - starting and ending our days there. Enjoyed the pool as well. Would rent here again.

Cute little studio with an outdoor patio that really makes the place. Kitchen stocked with all needed amenities plus little touches like walking sticks that saved us on the "Hawaiian ice" more than once. Also really appreciated having a washer dryer, especially since this was only the first leg of our trip.

Alicja is an incredible host to work with. The place was great and Alicja is very responsive and gives clear instructions for everything you'll need to know. She does an amazing job!

Extra points for that beautiful view from the main bedroom (rainbows every day) and the shower is excellent! We had a great stay at the „little red haus“. Clark was great and always helpful at communicating everything. Very uncomplicated check-in and -out. Mahalo 🌺

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

Great place for family gathering. Everything was well stocked and ready to go. This included a complete kitchen, towels, laundry soap and a garage full of outdoor gear. The back deck was a popular place for reading and conversation. We would definitely stay here again!

Devaki was such a sweet and awesome host. Perhaps the best location in Hanalei Bay. 100 foot walk to beach and less than a quarter mile walk to town.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and comfortable and the AC did not disappoint. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Nice neighborhood close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The only downfall (which is no fault of the house or host) is that the next door neighbor was constantly watching us in the yard and did NOT like when the kids ball rolled into his yard. Oops! Other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again…minus the ball.

We couldn’t have asked for anything else! This place was stocked with everything to enjoy your Kauai vacation. The garage had lots of things to go out and use at the beach and around Princeville. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for! Amy was awesome and extremely accommodating and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!! Thanks🌺

My sisters and I loved this place. Ingrid is great, quick to respond and very helpful. The location is beautiful, very close to great beaches and snorkeling. The beach is just across the street and always empty giving one the feel of having a private beach. Great views from the dining room so we often ate dinner at home after being gone for the day. Close to a great little coffee shop-The Haven. We look forward to going back!

North island in princeville is beautiful, it’s away from cities so more expensive amenities and not that many choices but we felt it was more of an authentic island experience. Great beaches. A few Good restaurants nearby. (Happy talk and the pizza place next door) Home is wonderful. Better than expected. Host and home owners were great.

Loved our stay. Condo is well equipped with everything you’ll need. Clean and comfy. Exactly as described. Beach chairs and towels were great. Quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views from the porch. Loved the birds and geckos! Nice central location for everything on the north shore. Easy walk to Hideaways Beach, which was a surprisingly nice little spot, perfect for sunsets! Check in/out and communication was great, including lots of local recommendations. We hope to be back and would highly recommend staying here. Mahalo Dan!

This was a super last minute booking. Raymond was accommodating and communication was easy. The place is very quiet and clean, with both the amenities of a hotel and comforts of a home. I was able to cook a few meals and make coffee every morning with ease. Local recommendations and guidebooks left out for guests were super helpful. The 6am bird symphony got me up and out for a magical sunrise walk every morning. The place is exactly as described. I got to recharge and relax here, which is just what I needed. Cannot complain. On the contrary, definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here and it was everything we thought it would be! The location is incredible... the home itself was so well stocked with everything you'd need in the kitchen to ALL beach items! The views were crazy beautiful and easy drive to just about anything you wanted to do. We were there just about 2 weeks and wished we had stayed longer! Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We loved staying in this property on our recent trip to Kauai! The property was easy to find, Adam’s instructions were great, and the inside was perfect for us as a couple! It was clean and exactly as described. We loved neighborhood - so many great places to walk for exercise and many things to do. We walked to Happy Talk Lounge, 1Hotel, and it was a very short drive to Hanalei and beaches on the north side of the island. The book of recommendations was great as well! This is a great option in Princeville and we would definitely recommend it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo in Kauai! The space was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with an island aesthetic that made us feel relaxed and at home. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to unwind after days of exploring the island. One of the highlights was how well equipped the condo was, everything from beach chairs, and towels to coolers and snorkeling gear was provided, making our beach days effortless and fun. The location was perfect for enjoying all that Kauai has to offer. Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering amazing recommendations and checking in throughout the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

Meghan’s place was perfect for two people. It was nice and cool when we came in with AC that worked very well. The room was stylishly decorated and very cute. The bathroom had a great shower that was large and very comfortable. The bed was huge and had a beautiful jungle view outside the balcony. There were beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear and a cooler with ice packs in the freezer. Everything that you need for the beach. The area was also very nice and so beautiful. Lots of places to walk with amazing views. And the prettiest beach that is walking distance. It was perfect!

Great location for all north island activities. loved the proximity to Hanalei Bay. Long drive to South Island activities but knew that going in. Condo was great for two of us as we spent most of the time out and about. Consider bringing/buying additional beach towels as it was quite an effort to keep the two provided dry between days. Would definitely recommend this spot.
