Westin Kauai Princeville Ocean Resort Villas-1BR

Generally 4-5 nights (or less) stays are easier to accommodate if you are booking less than 3 months in advance. Great way to do Hawaii - all the amenities of a hotel with the comforts of home. Below is the stock description, but this property is basically like a hotel, complete with check-in desk, concierge, pools, room service, etc. Comfortably sleeps 4. Note also that the resort charges a small occupancy tax (~$6/night) and housekeeping fee ($40/stay) that you pay at the resort, and which is in addition to the Airbnb rates listed. Also, the resort assigns the specific room upon checkin so unfortunately I can't guarantee a specific view. Let me know if you have any questions! I also have a studio floorplan at this resort that is slightly smaller (~500 sq feet) but has all the same amenities (kitchen, W/D, etc). Message me if you are interested in that instead. The studio rate is about $50 less than the listed rate for the 1BR. Pull out sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. The Lanai offers views of Namolokama Mountain. Amazing pool and a sand bottom jacuzzi. Watching from lanai saw Humpback whales, what a treat. The place was nice. Sanford was extremely helpful. The building could have some updating (cracked roof shingles, outside walls...) but overall nice stay.

We loved this place and would have stayed the whole time if it wasn’t booked! The ocean views are magical and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi! The kitchen had adorable little additions like tiny spice packets and laundry soap. We thought this was a really wonderful spot! Centrally locates and you can hear the waves as you sleep.

Host was amazing and very fast at answering all questions and concerns. The Westin is an amazing resort especially for families who want a kitchen but all the fun hotel amenities. You can never go wrong with Kauai. Great vacation and great host, we will be using her again!

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Kauai. The place was located in a great place and had great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The one thing that we really appreciated was we check d out at 11:00 but We had a late flight. So they let us come back at 6 to shower and change after our last day in Kauai. Very helpful and so appreciative. Thank you.

This place was better than the pictures showed. My favorite part was the bed, it’s was the comfiest bed I’ve experienced. The space was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time there but we could have spent the day there with the activities they had going during the day. Location was great as well.

Club Wyndham Shearwater Two Bedroom

Somehow, the resort we booked was overbooked. We were moved to a sister property. We received ZERO communication about this from host Extra Holidays. We called to let the front desk upon landing to let them know our arrival would be later than normal. Only then did we find out we got moved to the nearby Kao Eo Kai. I am still not sure what happened, but Extra Holidays had a definite lack of ownership of the issue. Their staff was somewhat helpful but still never actually resolved the issue. In fact, one agent I spoke to was quite rude by the end of the call. They kept putting blame on Wyndham. We booked Shearwater and got placed at Kao Eo Kai. The unit was fine but older and just not what we booked. The Wyndham staff were AMAZING and worked to accommodate us in every way possible. They even moved us over to Shearwater once that became available. Shearwater was perfect... but what made the difference was the Wyndham staff. They went above and beyond. (Lily, Gwen, Izzy!)

Million dollar view!! Amazing pool area with fun retaurants nearby. We watched the incredible sunset from the balcony and then stayed up late for star gazing…such an incredible experience. We will be back!
