Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Prinsengracht

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Ruud and Peter were great hosts, there to welcome us and provide very useful tips on our arrival and whenever we needed them. The White Tulip was clean, bright and comfortable with a lovely little outdoor area and garden to use. The house had everything we needed, including a big comfortable bed, a large bathroom with an amazing shower. As we had a car we were able to travel the short distance to catch the train to Amsterdam and to visit Haarlem and Ruud's tips allowed us to park for free on each occasion.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

Haico’s place was amazing! It was so beautiful and private! Felt like we were in a fairy tale! Haico and his family were so friendly and helpful! The Airbnb is right a bus stop which takes you in and out of the city! Will definitely be back! 🥰

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and everything was working perfectly. The location is great, close to local bars and restaurants, and also close to the beautiful dome of Utrecht. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

Everything is great, nice cozy accommodation. Very rustic and close to nature, a beautiful wooden cottage. Thanks to Astrid for the nice stay.

Laurent is a fantastic host: helpful, always ready to give great advice about his neighborhood and beyond, and super quick to respond to messages. We asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out so we wouldn’t have to carry it around all day, and he was happy to help. On the first day, he even welcomed us with some snacks and wine, and there’s also coffee and tea available. The house is a typical Dutch home, so the stairs to reach the apartment on the third floor are narrow and steep — a great way to stay in shape! The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The little terrace is really lovely . the neighborhood is a great place to stay: full of shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s well connected by public transport (line 4 takes you to the city center and line 3 to the museum district), but you can also reach the center with a 25-minute walk. This was my best experience with Airbnb. I absolutely recommend it.

A wonderful stay at Mike's place. The apartment is modern yet somehow quite eclectic. The location is perfect - you fall out to some great places to eat and drink that are all a few minutes walk from the apartment. I would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. A lovely place to stay while visiting Amsterdam. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, walking path and many trains to get you wherever you need to go. Spacious apartment and very clean - bonus of plug adapters in both bedrooms with USB and USB-C (didn't need to bring one). Well stocked kitchen for those preparing meals in the rental. Overall 10/10, would recommend!

Our stay at the Dutch Masters was perfect. First, the location couldn’t be better. Right on a beautiful canal. Away from the most touristy sections but close to everywhere you want to go. The apartment was very nice - it was clean, fairly spacious, and had everything we needed for a full week stay (dishwasher, washing machine). The semi-private garden provided such a nice relaxing atmosphere. Finally, the staff was great. Christel responded quickly every time we had a question. This was my favorite stay I’ve had in visiting a European Airbnb.

Diana was an incredible host! She gave us a quick rundown of the city and some cool spots near our apartment. It felt like we were staying in her own home. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends!

Our stay at Hans’ place was fantastic. It was exactly as described - neat and clean, with great amenities and in an excellent location. Hans is incredibly friendly and a wonderful host. He provided a map of the city with tons of recommendations, and the bikes were so great for getting around. There were nice touches like that all throughout his place, it’s obvious how much he cares about creating a welcoming environment. If you have the opportunity to stay here I can’t recommend it enough. This is everything Airbnb is supposed to be.

We were absolutely thrilled with Ernst’s place! In addition to the amenities, cozy bed, thorough information, the location is perfect! And great canal views! This was our first time to Amsterdam. We could easily walk to everything (train, tram, bike rentals, museums, great restaurants etc). We were in the middle of the King’s day celebration, which was extra fun! I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment for a visit to Amsterdam!

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Miguel and Johanna were the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever encountered. So welcoming, helpful, and kind. Provided lots of recommendations and were so accommodating. Our family of four found the apartment to be perfect for our needs, it was relaxing and peaceful after long days of walking. We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

Peter’s apartment m was fantastic— a completely equipped and cozy flat in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods I’ve ever seen. We received ample communication and great recommendations. The value is definitely there in terms of places to stay in Amsterdam!
