Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Diese wunderschöne 35m2 grosse Penthousewohnung mit 20m2 Dachterrasse bietet einen Blick auf den wunderschönen türkisblauen Wörthersee und zum direkt gehenüber liegenden Pyramidenkogel. Der See ist in 4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Seezugang und Badeplatz mit Steg liegt in etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Zugverbindung nach Klagenfurt und Villach. Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
