Vicky and Tarcisio wanted to create the B&B - Vi.Ta. for their strong sense of hospitality and for the desire to make the beauty of the island known to curious and traveling tourists. Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The secret corner of Giovanni the Fisherman

Procidana house as in the past, in the center of the large marina,where it overlooks a wonderful view that goes from head miseno to tip lighthouse. The apartment retains all the characteristics of Procidane houses of yesteryear, so you can be identified in a historical place of the island. From the balcony you can enjoy the spectacle of lights that illuminates the Procidana bay. Characteristic instead the paranze that day after day they prepare the nets in order to go out to sea.

Simple and refined vacation home located in Via Marina di Corricella, a characteristic fishing village of Procida, now a UNESCO heritage site, famous for hosting the filming of the famous movie "Il Postino". Charming, bright house, ideal for singles and couples, featuring two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, finely furnished and equipped with all amenities, a large living room with equipped kitchen that directly overlooks Corricella, always offering a breathtaking view.

Have you ever dreamt of waking up to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks and then arriving to the shore? Of listening to the seagulls following the arrival of fish boats? What about of having breakfast while listening to conversations between natives? All those dreams can turn into reality in Casa Cinzia. In the spring and summer seasons passengers transport by hydrofoil is active from Sorrento to Procida and from Procida to Sorrento.

The apartment is a stone's throw from the sea, from chiaiolella beach, where you can enjoy the sun from dawn to dusk!Nearby there are all the main services from the restaurant to the supermarket and many other small shops . The house is also very well connected to all other areas of the island. My accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets).

My accommodation is close to the nightlife, public transport and the city center. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!

Ancient house with garden and access to the sea

The house is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden, for semi-exclusive use, very green and fresh, full of trees, including the typical Procida lemons, and scented flowers. A small path leads to private access to a large tuff cliff. A few minutes away, the village of Chiaiolella, with the tourist port, shops, bars, pharmacy, restaurants and a sandy beach. The bus stops twenty meters from the house.

Exclusive Loft in Corricella is located in the heart of Marina Corricella, the famous and characteristic Borgo di Pescatori where many films have been shot, such as the Postino and Il Talented Mr Ripley. The house has been recently renovated, and is located a stone's throw from the sea. About 10 minutes from the island's port and 10 minutes from the Chiaia beach.

This little gem has been brought back to life, creating a quiet and relaxing corner, renovated respecting tradition with characteristic majolica but with all the necessary amenities for a carefree vacation.
