From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The house has been recently renovated, and is located a stone's throw from the sea. About 10 minutes from the island's port and 10 minutes from the Chiaia beach.
