Vagelis' accommodation is simply fantastic. On the hillside in the middle of nature. The view from up there over the Aegean is simply wonderful and the sunsets are super beautiful. Vagelis is a great, open-minded person who recommended many helpful tips, information and daily goals. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and Ikaria is always worth a trip. We'll be back.

A few words won't be enough to describe the stay we had. The accommodation is superb in a real piece of paradise, quiet and conducive to rest. Stylianos and his wife are exceptional. They feasted us with fresh fruit and homemade specialties the whole stay. We had a great time connecting with them. We are leaving with a heavy heart to already leave this place and leave them but we will be back, I promise. We highly recommend this place for people who would like to have an authentic experience, a real change of scenery, and the joy of meeting whole and touching people.

Such a beautiful and peaceful stay, I will definitely stay here again if I return to Ikaria! Very quiet, no AC but I didn’t need it (even in August). There is a cool breeze for most of the day. Sunsets and the view are amazing, I didn’t even want to go down into town. Kitchen was well supplied. And best of all, Fortini is very kind, warm, welcoming and a good person. (Their restaurant in town is also very delicious)

Second time we are visiting Olga’s place and all I can say is that she’s an amazing host. She even got us a mattress topper for my husband’s bad back. She’s very friendly and welcoming. She always brings us eggs wine or produce from her farms. The place has an amazing sea view &sunset. It’s quiet and very private. The kitchen has all you need to cook. Perfect spot for people who seek serenity. Also many choices to dine in the nearby towns and produce stores a couple miles away with all you need. Locals are very helpful and friendly. Icaria is the place to be especially in low season months if you seek peace & quiet, scenic mountain and sea drives and amazing crystal blue waters to swim.
