Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

The location of the cottage is ideal for cycling and hiking, whether to Ještěd, 5 km away, or to the nearby forest for mushrooms and blueberries.
