In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.

Mountain/Rustic house located at Monte di Quiello in Valle Onsernone. The house is equipped with every comfort and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The house has a usable wood-burning fireplace, grill and outdoor fireplace. The house can be reached on foot in 30/40 min walk. There is also the possibility of accessing it by helicopter (prices to be requested) by booking at least 7 days in advance.
