Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Lecco

nous cherchions un logement avec une belle vue sur le lac et agréable pour notre famille de 4. Casa Cristina a rempli toutes les conditions : logement propre et spacieux, lits confortables et une superbe vue sur le lac. Logement très pratique et fonctionnel,nous le recommanderons !

Majoitus oli aivan juna-aseman ja kaupan vieressä eli hyvä sijainti. Lautalle ja leikkipuistoon matkaa muutama sataa metriä. Lähellä oli myös Orrido di Bellano, jossa oli vesiputouksia ja upeat maisemat. Huoneisto oli siisti ja kommunikointi sujui hyvin sekä nopeasti majoittajan kanssa. Ohjeissa oli tosin väärä kerros, mutta löysimme huoneiston. Lastenrattaat saimme hissillä hyvin yläkertaan, joten sopii myös perheen kanssa matkustaville. Pieni miinus siitä, että sähköt menevät helposti, jos käyttää monta sähkölaitetta samaan aikaan. Ne saimme sulakekaapin luona toimimaan uudestaan. Lisäksi perillä piti olla vauvansänky, mutta sitä ei ollut. Se onneksi tuotiin heti, kun asiasta kysyimme eli kiitos siitä! Majoittuisin uudestaan :)

Es war der 2.Besuch im Haus von Giuseppina und wieder ebenfalls sehr erfreulich und erholsam. Freundliche persönliche Kommunikation, sauberes Appartement, toller Ausblick (mit vielen Wander + Wassersportmöglichkeiten). Ein erneuter Besuch nächstes Jahr ist in Planung.

We struggled to find the apartment, the instructions were sparse. But once we’d got settled in, we found our groove and the stay was a success. Lovely views from the apartment, and great being so closely located to Varenna.

Es hat alles super gepasst und war so wie beschrieben Alles ist von der Unterkunft in der Nähe ( Einkaufsladen, Tankstelle, See,…) Leider waren nur nicht wie angegeben, immer kostenfreie Parkplätze dabei beziehungsweise man hat nicht einen Parkplatz für sich extra reserviert. An zwei Abenden waren alle verfügbaren Parkplätze weg, und wir mussten uns außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen.

Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gastfreundschaft von Michela und Christian war wunderbar, die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See war ein Traum. Man braucht ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an den See aber der Pool und der Garten bei der Unterkunft sind auch sehr gepflegt und schön, Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren überdurchschnittlich sauber. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Sehr saubere, neu eingerichtete Wohnung ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Zentrum Gravedona entfernt. Der Blick über den See und die umliegenden Berge von den beiden Balkonen und den Schlafzimmern ist fantastisch. In der Wohnung gibt es alles an Küchenutensilien, was man benötigt. Auf Anfrage wurde uns auch kostenlos ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Check-in und Check -out waren sehr problemlos und die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Für mich war das einzige negative, die wirklich sehr harte und unbequeme Matratze und die schlechten Kissen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist wunderschön, erstklassige Ausstattung (auch Kindergeschirr und - Besteck sind vorhanden, ebenso Hochstühle, Kinderbett und einige Spielsachen) und viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in Haus und Garten. Der See und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß (oder mit dem Kinderwagen) in 5/10 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und mit der Gastgeberin klappte problemlos. Ein kleiner Abzug, da das WLAN in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss und im Keller nur schwach bis gar nicht verfügbar ist. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Der Aufenthalt in Antonios Appartement war super schön! Die Wohnung war gemütlich (ganz den Fotos entsprechend) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die eigene Terrasse genossen, welche sehr gut ausgestattet ist (Tische, Stühle und Sonnenliegen) und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See bietet. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio im Voraus und während des Aufenthaltes lief hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir leider während unseres Urlaubs in Gravedona Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten und Antonio und seine ganze Familie uns mit Rat und Tat ganz herzlich zur Seite standen. Die ganze Familie hat sich wahnsinnig lieb um uns gekümmert und uns geholfen. Das war keine Selbstverständlichkeit und wir sind sehr dankbar! Wir können jedem einen Urlaub im schönen Gravedona bei Antonio empfehlen!

Magnifique emplacement si vous aimez le calme. Splendide vue sur le lac, parfait avec la terrasse et petit jardin, aucun vis-à-vis, le village en bas n’est pas envahi par les touristes. On reviendra

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous l’avons trouvé idéal pour notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il a fait très beau le temps de notre séjour, nous avons donc particulièrement profité des extérieurs. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Claudia, la personne qui gère sur place la location, fut disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht. Wer Ruhe und Natur um sich herum mag, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf den See ist gigantisch und Casa Il Nibio ist toll ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Beautiful place with a special view over the lake. Private parking behind a fence. Lovely Italian feel from the house with authentic details. Functional kitchen and enough space to feel at home.

Das Haus befindet sich an einem ruhigem Hang, oberhalb der Promenade direkt am See. Nach einpaar Treppen ist man schon direkt am See und kann kilometerweit laufen. Das Haus ist nur über Treppen erreichbar und das nicht wenige, fanden wir aber nicht störend, sondern eher abenteuerlich :) allerdings gibt es KEINEN Auto-Stellplatz für das Ferienhaus (wie es in der Beschreibung steht). Parken konnte man ca. 200 m weiter, an der Straße entlang. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

If you are looking for a great room right in a perfect location, Helena’s place is for you. Her apartment is in perfect walking distance to all of Milan’s major attractions, is a short walk to the subway station and only a few stops from the main train station, and most importantly is in a great and lively neighborhood packed with friendly people. It’s so close to sempione park I did my morning run through there, and it was only a brief walk to the duomo, and all of the main museums. Helena is amazing, she is friendly and super helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and all of the kindness of an Italian mother. You get your own space, with its own bathroom and privacy, and Helena makes you feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be coming back to Milan to see her again.

host is very communicative and the place is in very good neighborhood and it's clean.The only problem I had was with the parking as it's a very busy area.

We had a wonderful stay at Susanna’s place in Milan! The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and very well-managed. Susanna was an outstanding host, she was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our flight to Milan was delayed, and we ended up arriving very late at night. Despite the late hour, Susanna and her son ensured we checked in smoothly and reached safely. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan.

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

I had a fantastic stay at Giuseppe’s apartment in Milan. The location was absolutely perfect — the metro station is just 50 meters from the building, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The apartment is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The flat itself is beautifully designed, with a great sense of style and a striking color combination. Everything was neat, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — it truly felt like a five-star experience. Giuseppe is a wonderful host with excellent communication. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan!

Нам было приятно находиться в данной квартире. Самое главное - было очень чисто. Мы были с ребенком, по этому для нас это было очень важно. Расположение - немного далековато от метро А в целом, все было хорошо. Была вся нужная посуда 👍🏻

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!
