It is included in its beautiful Condominium, consisting of a large old park with seasonal swimming pool and a tennis court. It's a perfect spot from where to explore Tuscany, and where to come back and relax on the wonderful private panoramic terrace, or in front of the warm fireplace's magic in winter times. You will feel right at home.

Belforti Tower

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here with our sons and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Villa with private descent to the sea Castiglioncello

Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

The nearest beach is at about 15 minutes.Pets allowed.JULY and AUGUST allowed only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
